The leading English Language Community Magazine in Israel featuring articles, and information for Olim in Israel.
ABOUT ESRA MAGAZINE Esra Magazine was founded in 1979. It is a bi-monthly publication that provides more than 20,000 readers with an informative and entertaining companion and guide to life in Israel.
It aims at enriching the lives of English speakers, helping them get absorbed into Israel and involving them more in the community. It does so by bringing them information through articles, activities, volunteer opportunities, adverts of people and companies which cater to English speakers. It is also a forum for them to voice their thoughts, write articles, network, initiate activities. Unlike many other in-house publications, Esra looks out in addition to focusing on what is happening within the organization.
The Magazine presents a broad spectrum of articles in all spheres - business, law, arts, health, women, the handicapped, books, environment, road safety, consumerism, volunteerism and more. It is written, edited and proofed by volunteers and it is financed by adverts. It is published by Esra - English Speaking Residents Association |
